At Covert Instruments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your premium fashion items don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original garment bags and place them into the shipping box, ensuring the printed return authorization form is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, making sure to cover or remove any previous shipping markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
